02Do you have a self-serve dog wash?
Not at Newberg. Our Gresham store has self-serve tubs.
03Do you sell raw and freeze-dried pet food?
Yes. We carry raw from brands like Steve’s Real Food, Northwest Naturals and Primal, and freeze-dried from Stella & Chewy’s, Vital Essentials and others. Search the shop to see what’s on our shelf today.
04Do you have a loyalty or frequent buyer program?
Give us your phone number at the register. Buy 12 bags of most food brands (10 for some) and the next bag of the same size is free. There’s no app or card to keep track of.
05Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Most orders are ready the same day, and we’ll email you when yours is. If we’re closed, we pull it when we open.
06Do you deliver or ship pet food?
Yes. Choose Ship at checkout and the rate is calculated there.

516 E First St in Newberg. We’re open Monday–Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.

Yes. Leashed, friendly pets are always welcome inside.
10Can I return an open bag of pet food if my dog or cat doesn’t like it?
Yes. Every pet food brand we carry comes with a 100% manufacturer palatability guarantee. If your dog or cat turns their nose up or doesn’t thrive on it, bring the remaining food back in the original bag with your phone number or receipt for a full refund or exchange.
11Are your prices competitive with Chewy and big box pet stores?
Yes. Our everyday shelf prices on premium brands (Fromm, Orijen, Farmina, Stella & Chewy’s, NutriSource) match or beat major online retailers. When combined with our frequent-buyer program (buy 10 or 12 bags, get 1 free), your effective cost per bag is significantly lower than online delivery.
