Our Guarantee Policy on Live Aquatics:

Freshwater Fish
- 30 day guarantee with receipt
             -Applies to all fish under $10

- Guarantee on fish over $10 is 7 days

- Applies to Fish and Invertebrates

- Includes Bettas

- NO receipt is required to receive a
replacement, it is required to receive general
store credit.

- No cash refunds under any circumstances

- Refunds will be given in store credit for the
amount shown on the receipt

- “In the bag” specials or special orders are
 not covered under this guarantee.

- In some cases we may require that the
specimen be brought in for inspection

Saltwater
- 14 day guarantee with a guarantee card

- Applies to fish, invertebrates, & corals

- To receive a guarantee card you must
bring in a water sample at the time of
purchase and complete a short form.
Any potential dangers to the fish will need
to be corrected prior to purchase.

- Certain extremely difficult specimens will
not be granted a guarantee card.

- No cash refunds under any circumstances.

- If for an indeterminable reason, or a
reason not in the control of the purchaser,
a specimen with a guarantee card dies; a full
store credit will be issued for the amount
originally paid.

- “In the bag” specials or special orders are
 not covered under this guarantee.
